Exchange and Return Policy

  At My First Rainbow, we care about our customers and want you to feel confident with every purchase. We also understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and we’re here to help with returns or exchanges when needed.

  Our products are made from birch plywood, a natural material that features unique variations. Differences in grain and color, knots, patchwork, tunneling, bolt marks, end-grain cuts, and other natural characteristics are part of the material’s nature and are not considered defects.

Eligible for Free Exchange / Refund

1. Change of Mind / Order Mistake (within 30 days)

Request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Product must be returned in its original state (unworn, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).
 
2. Manufacturing Defects

Covers issues such as coating defects, adhesion defects, or other production flaws. A replacement or refund will be provided.
 
3. Damage During Delivery

If you discover any damage or scratches upon opening the package, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
 
4. Wrong Item Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will send the correct one at no extra cost.

 
⚠️ Exchange / Refund with Restocking Fee


Expired Return Period with Original Packaging: 20% of the product price will be deducted.
 
Missing Original Packaging (within 30 days): 15% of the product price will be deducted.
 
Expired Return Period & Missing Original Packaging: 25% of the product price will be deducted.

 
Not Eligible for Exchange / Refund


After 1 year of use from delivery date.
 
Customer Misuse or Negligence: Damage, malfunction, stains, or loss caused by improper handling or care.


🔄 Return Process

 

1. Check Eligibility

Ensure your product is in its original condition (unworn/unused, no signs of damage, with packaging and all included accessories).
Confirm your reason for return (e.g. damaged, defective, wrong item, change of mind).
 
2. Initiate a Return

Contact our Customer Service Team at myfirstrainbow.info@gmail.com within the allowed period.
Provide your order number, photos of the item (if damaged), and reason for return.
 
3. Return Instructions

We will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.


 
💳 Refund Process

Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 
Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
 
Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
 
Deductions: Restocking fees or shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
